Consult & Measure
Week 1We walk the space with you, take real measurements, and talk through budget and must-haves before anything is drawn.
Design & Permit
Weeks 2–4Drawings, material selections, and a fixed quote. We pull every permit the job needs — you don't touch the city website.
Build
Weeks 4–12Demo, framing, rough-in, finishes. You get a weekly check-in and a job site kept clean at the end of every day.
Walkthrough & Warranty
Final weekA room-by-room walkthrough before we call it done, backed by a two-year workmanship warranty.
